the wine
A beautifull powerfull and structured red wine made of 100% Nero

further fining in the bottle.

Drinktemperature is 16-17° C.
Drink until 10 - 12 years after the year of production.
About the
producer
The winery of
Cusumano in Particico on the island of Sicily is a very young winery
specialized in producing high quality wines. Before Cusumano was
focusing on quality wines, the winery produced only grapes for bulk
wine.
Since the year 2000 the brothers Cusumano initiated a strategic shift
towards quality and to botteling their wines by themselves. Cusumano
produces mainly from autochthon grape varietals as Nero d’Avola and
Inzolia, but grow varietals as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Chardonnay
as well .
In a few years time, Cusumano managed to become one of Italies finest
producers and is for sure the best producer currently on the island of
Sicily. Especially their topline with the reds Noa, Sagan and Benuara
and the whites Jale, Cubia and Angimbe do have a splendig price quality
ratio! |
